What do you want? What do you really want?

It's not even about the last 10. The last 10 isn’t important. The physique is just a bonus. It's a reward. It’s a reflection. Don’t get sucked in. Its so easy to get sucked in and get distracted. The bright shiny lights of scale weight and hitting a goal are distracting. Its not about that. Its about expressing your strength and discipline. Its mastering the senses. Its managing them. Because once we master the senses we can manage ourselves. When we manage our selves, we can manage and create our world.
At the moment, I still have the carrot on the stick of a goal weight to achieve. Its like, yes manage your impulses because it requires discipline but its to hit 68Kg. How about when I achieve that? The question becomes, why manage your senses at 68Kg? Because again, its the foundation upon which everything is built. What I want is 68Kg. What I really want is to be someone who can regulate his intake. Someone who can regulate from day to day, week to week. Someone who can regulate taking into account holidays and social events. That doesn't mean being perfect all the time, it means being able to manage what I'm eating without going crazy too often.
